TeleHealth Booking Criteria

You can book a TeleHealth consultation with our doctors if you meet one of the following criteria. To claim Medicare, a formal consent is required to avoid a PRIVATE fee.

• Has attended an in-person consult at our clinic within the last 12 months
• Are living within an area currently under Stage 3 restrictions
• Are less than 12 months old
• Are experiencing homelessness

Book a TeleHealth appointment if you;

Have a fever, cough, sore throat, or flu like symptoms.

Please phone ahead and advise our reception staff before attending our clinic, if you are unwell.
