TeleHealth Booking Criteria

You can book a TeleHealth consultation with our doctors if you meet one of the following criteria:

• Has attended an in-person consult at our clinic within the last 12 months
• Are living within an area currently under Stage 3 restrictions
• Are less than 12 months old
• Are experiencing homelessness

Book a TeleHealth appointment if you;

Have a fever, cough, sore throat, or shortness of breath, had contact with someone diagnosed with or suspected of having Coronavirus, or have travelled internationally or domestically in the last 14 Days.

Please phone ahead and advise our reception staff before attending our clinic.
